Simulator privacy policy (layered information)

Data controller

ILP Abogados — International Legal Partners, Paseo de la Castellana 120, 5.º izquierda, 28046 Madrid. Contact: atencionalcliente@ilpabogados.com.

What data is processed and why

No personal data is requested in order to play. Only if you expressly consent, and separately: (A) audience measurement and aggregated professional profiling, with a random session identifier and without identifying you; (B1) one-off sending of the results report to the email address you provide; (B2) subscription to the “Regulatory Radar” newsletter. Any other purpose is excluded: there is no behavioural advertising, no profiling with third-party data, no enrichment from external sources, no disclosure to “partner companies” and no processing of special categories of data under Article 9 GDPR.

Legal basis

Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time without retroactive effect. The record of consents is kept in order to be able to evidence them (Article 7(1) GDPR).

No conditionality

The simulator is fully playable, from start to finish and with the complete result on screen, even if you refuse all purposes (Article 7(4) GDPR and Article 6(2) of Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD)). Your email address is requested only if you want to receive the report, and always after you have already seen your result.

Record of consent

For each decision of yours the following is recorded: random session identifier, purpose, status (granted or withdrawn) with its history, date and time, channel, language and version with a hash of the information text displayed. Your IP address is not stored.

Recipients and transfers

No data is disclosed to third parties. Processors: the hosting provider and the database provider, both with infrastructure in the European Union (Frankfurt/Dublin region). No international data transfers take place. If you subscribe to the “Regulatory Radar” newsletter, your email and the context of your request are also managed in the firm's internal CRM (ILP LeadOS), likewise hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt).

Retention periods

Consents: for as long as they remain in force and, after withdrawal, for the applicable limitation period so that they can be evidenced. Report email: until it is sent. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Consent expires after 24 months, or earlier if the purpose, the controller or the information text changes substantially; in that case it is requested afresh and is not carried over.

Minors

Providing an email address is restricted to persons aged 14 or over (Article 7 of Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD)). An age declaration is requested, with no date of birth or document of any kind (minimisation).

Automated decision-making

There is no automated decision-making with legal effects concerning you (Article 22 GDPR). The simulator's diagnosis is merely indicative and is declared as such on screen.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability (Articles 15 to 22 GDPR) at atencionalcliente@ilpabogados.com, withdraw each consent with one click from “Manage my consent” and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) (www.aepd.es). Before any commercial action, the advertising exclusion systems are consulted (Article 23 of Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD)).
